2. Our Solution: 14 Air-Cooled Enclosures + Column Mounting

  • Air-Cooling System Design (Core Advantage):
    Each enclosure is equipped with dual-redundant high-CFM turbine fans, governed by an intelligent temperature control board. When internal temperatures exceed preset thresholds, fans automatically ramp up speed to create forced convection. In low-temperature conditions, they reduce speed to prevent condensation. The entire system uses no refrigerant and no compressor—consuming only 1/5 the power of traditional AC-cooled enclosures—significantly reducing long-term electricity costs for the facility operator.

  • Structural Layout (Column Mounting):
    Custom stainless-steel clamp brackets secure all 14 enclosures firmly onto existing on-site columns, with mounting heights precisely adjusted based on optical throw paths. Enclosure bodies are constructed from lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy with anti-corrosion surface treatment—built to withstand outdoor wind and rain.

  • Airflow Optimization:
    Intake and exhaust vents feature labyrinth-style rainproof baffles, ensuring maximum airflow while preventing water ingress. Internal guide vanes direct cool air directly toward the PT-MZ882’s air intake and heat sink arrays—achieving “point-to-point” precision cooling.
